All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and we accept all major credit cards. Prices do not include taxes, which will be added to your order at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order. Shipping is free for orders over $250. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.

Product Warranty

All Diamond Cut Rotary products come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper storage.
